I, hereby declare that I understand that the law provides for substantial criminal and civil penalties for the theft of satellite television services, and that I will not use ftaelite.com products in any way whatsoever to intercept any satellite television signal without proper authorization from the local satellite service provider and payment of all lawful charges, and I will only use the equipment in accordance with all applicable laws.

IN THE EVENT OF ANY PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED ON OR THROUGH THIS WEB SITE, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR REMEDY, IF ANY, IS FROM THE MANUFACTURER OF SUCH PRODUCTS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUCH MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY, OR TO SEEK A RETURN FOR SUCH PRODUCT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RETURNS POLICIES POSTED ON THIS WEB SITE. FTAElite.com shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and reinstallation charges associated with defective or returned product.

    

6. Refund and return. You can return a product, within 15 days from date of invoice, for a Refund / exchange, initial shipping fee IS NON REFUNDABLE and 30% restocking fee applies.

   If you cancel an order after paying for it, a non refundable 7% fee will be applied to cover the credit card processing fees.  Returns:   Customer should notify us via email before returning the product to us and MUST request and obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). CUSTOMERS MUST PROVIDE THE RMA IN THEIR RETURN PACKAGES. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. We highly recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment.  All returned units must be in the new, original, resalable condition.  By this we mean: No parts of the unit should be damaged. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/documentation. Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from amount credited. Items returned with missing accessories (i.e. wire harnesses, etc.) are subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing items. Items returned physically or cosmetically abused will not be accepted for credit. FTAElite.com defines abuse as, but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.) punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, non-PPI modifications, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders or damaged back plates. Speakers submitted with any of the above will be considered out of warranty. Products that have been improperly installed may not be covered by this or any other warranty. We highly recommend having all car stereo equipment professionally installed. All items must be shipped freight prepaid and double-boxed with the Return Authorization number displayed on the exterior. All unit that are shipped back to us with no RMA# included will be sent back immediately at the sender's cost. All warranty items will be returned freight prepaid. Warranty claims must be made through FTAElite.com If for any reason your amp is defective, contact the RMA department and include what is wrong with the unit, what did you do to make sure that the product is defective and send an e-mail to : rma@FTAElite.com. For defective product, it will be repaired and returned in the same cosmetic condition in which it was received by us. We do not honor warranty on products that has been abused or defective due to a bad installation. If you are not sure about installation.
